ResumeOrbitz is an online resume builder that allows users to create, edit, and export professional resumes and cover letters. The Service includes AI-powered content suggestions, multiple template designs, and PDF export functionality.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all resume data, cover letters, and other content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant ResumeOrbitz a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. AI Features

ResumeOrbitz uses third-party AI services (Groq) to power content generation features such as resume summaries, grammar checks, and cover letter drafts. By using these features, you acknowledge that your resume content may be processed by Groq's API. We do not use your content to train AI models.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

7. Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
